Tetranome

Slime Labs 3

March 2023 - Neutronized

A cool, slick game needs a cool, slick soundtrack with a wispy triangle wave.

Fruity Feline

March 2023 - tonyfinale

A cute game about a cat collecting fruits! I wanted to go for a mix of synth and acoustic and pitch bent some vibraphones to give it a hint of a "meow" sound in the melody.

Overstock

May 2020 - Team Spontaneous Combustion

Control a pet cleaning monster by feeding it cleaning supplies, all while keeping it away from other customers in the store.

This was the most amount of tracks that were composed and used for a jam game. It was important to capture that smooth retail music sound with a video game edge. The soundtrack includes organ, square 25 waves and saxophone.

Made within 72 hours for Ludum Dare 46: Keep it Alive.

Probably Poker

March 2020 - tonyfinale

It's poker, but with health! Orchestral soundfonts were used for a relaxing, bar-at-night sort of vibe. Lots of sax, piano and double-bass to be had.

CosmiCraft

Assemble your ship from the parts of defeated enemies and defeat all 3 bosses to win! For the game theme, multiple layers were composed that would play as you assembled more parts. Sine waves and lots of synths were used to capture that "alone in outer space" feeling.

Love Love! Space Attack

April 2018 - Team Spontaneous Combustion

A space ranger tries to romance a girl in the midst of an alien war. Made within 72 hours for Ludum Dare 41: Two Incompatible Genres.

As the genres combined were bullet hell and dating sim, it was important that the soundtrack be a blend of both the dating sim and bullet hell styles, especially in the game theme.

Quad & Cycl

July 2017 - Team Spontaneous Combustion

A puzzle-platformer where you guide two plugs to their charging stations. While the soundtrack was released over a year later, the game itself was released at the end of July. For this soundtrack, lots of delays and heavy percussion were used for a more industrialistic atmosphere.

Made within 72 hours for Ludum Dare 39: Running Out of Power.

Terraform

May 2017 - Team Spontaneous Combustion

Gather resources and build structures all day as you set up camp after crash-landing on an island. Watch out for creatures at night that come out to play. As such, both day and night cycle themes were created with chiptune and synth sounds.

Made in 7 days for Kongregate Game Jam.
